Windows version : 10
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again : yes, several times
Error : stuck on Connecting, downloading content
System specifications:
Intel core i5 6400 2.70GHz
8GB ram
Nvidia GTX 970
1TB HDD - 250GB SSD
What did you do to get this issue : join any server
What server did you get this isseu on : everyone

And when i push F8 it says : ResourceCacheDevice : Reporting failure : openSSL SSL_connect
