RESET_PED_HEAD_BLEND_DATA native

I come with a new “idea”.
I tried to make it but it seems that editing what is stored to -1 does not help (obviously).

This would be really useful to create a kind of “distance culling” to only set head blending on closest peds and then avoid the issue described here: Headblend data 'limit'.

no it wouldn’t be useful since the next time playerappearancedatanode gets applied there’ll be head blend data again + the internal rendering structure that runs out
