Try updating frfuel, because in that plugin it was recently fixed to where the vehicle doesn’t turn back on when leaving it.
Honestly you can’t just make a script to turn off the engine, you would have to find the exact script that is keeping the engine on, then try to manipulate the code to make it so it doesn’t turn on the engine when you step out.
I’ll see if I can get a simple script working in a few hours.
