Im looking for a script that allows you to use IsControlReleased or whatever to put cuffs on another player.
I would love if someone could help me 
I just updated my cuff resource last night to be controlled by a keybind.
There are some features missing (Like ped and identifier restrictions) so everyone can use it. I just have been battling multiple resources at once rn and just need time to add those things.
