Here are the model files, the entire vehicles.meta and carvariations should have it included.

That is because you have another resource changing data files for the sheriff and unmarked model.

You have another resource editing the data files go through all your vehicle files and check in the vehicles.meta and carvariations.meta and search for this

<modelName>SHERIFF</modelName>

and

<modelName>POLICE4</modelName>
