You’re unable to open Webadmin itself, it comes pre-packaged with your server and runs automatically. I can’t help you with that, that’s something you need to troubleshoot.
Webadmin is accessible via your servers IP or cfx.re url. Make sure you can reach the server in the first place.

Iv installed both the wap-setting and webadmin-lua and add add_ace group.admin webadmin.* allow in to me server.cfg. And nothing is show on the panel.
