so how would I put this on my website

You can include in a page of your website this app with an iframe

Or you can host this app on a server (you need the lastest version of nodejs)

Terminal command:

git clone https://github.com/FLYD3RS/fivem-web-rcon app
cd app
npm install 
node index.js
