Yeah i still just lay there. Its weird. I have removed anything to do with dying and here is my convars https://pastebin.com/b7LaJjGS it looks weird in pastebin.

If you remove vBasic/disable it do you still have these issues?

Nope, if i remove it, the death message pops up. Then i respawn into the spawnpoint like it should. I just realized that even the death message wont show when its enabled.

Can you send me your server.cfg file and the vBasic files you have installed on your server, maybe something went wrong in the setup. As I canā€™t reconstruct the issue myself, maybe the server files and server.cfg will allow me to get the same issue.

https://pastebin.com/zmDFssTa thats my server.cfg. The only thing that you wouldnt know what it does is gonna be ā€œthingsā€ that holds lux light control, vannouncer, showid command, point, and help command.

Youā€™re starting vBasic before setting the convars. That way vBasic ignores them and uses the defaults. You need to set the convars before starting vBasic! Because godmode is actually enabled by default, this means that your server actually forces godmode to be on which probably makes you unable to completely die.

Change this:

set vb_whitelist "steam:110000105959047;license:0546489720234464684;ip:127.0.0.1"   #IP's work, but are not recommended for a secure whitelist. Split every license using a semicolon.

Please read the instructions next time.

Wait itā€™s not HEX itā€™s steam64 or?

Its the steam id 64 hex value like any other resourceā€¦

mine isnt working i put the stuff into the server.cfg and i start up the game and it lets me join even tho i didnt put my steam id or anything in

You need to set the convars FIRST, after that start vbasic. Donā€™t start the resource before setting the convars.

Your convars are at the bottom of your server.cfg, they should be at the top.

ok so move the convar to the top buit whay should i put as the convar?
