I’ve removed the problem with the error when trying to start the hazards mod. Also I removed the print lines that were clogging up the server logs. Here is the newly updated file:

Had the same problem. Just remove this: {}{} from the indicators_server.lua file!
I have really no idea what it does, but removing it fixed it for me.
