Can you use this without sql? The stuff I use auto saves whatever your character is wearing (Peds and customization on them)

Why i get this errors? i think my database aint working like its supposed to, all resources that use mods return that error
There’s an issue I have how do I just respawn with the NPC I chosen and stop the server from picking the default at the same time like when I join the server that server will first spawn me in a default ped then switches to the ped I saved I don’t want for it to do that.
Same problem her, i think it’s the new update 
Is there any reason why when new players enter our server they are invisible? we have to tell them to go to the store or type /die to respawn.
