It’s a prop, not a map mod. You can use a menu to spawn the prop “prop_trafficdiv_01”.

ok so I changed the board to what I want it to say but at night time is lights up saying the text you had on it? what do I need to do in Open IV to change the light up version? Thanks!!
Yes, that’s what I have next on my list.
Unfortunately, you can’t change the lighting, it’s all done with Zmodeler. When I get home, I can make a version where there are no lights so that you can make it say whatever you want, it just won’t glow at night…
