I’ve noticed that too, I think there is a file to remove (RemoveIpl()) to disable the fake door but I haven’t found it yet.
But I’ll give it a look for sure!
The main goal of my list is to get rid of the holes in the map, but I would really like to open some places like this one.

Yes it is important to delete the cache folder quite often.
Actually, I added a line in run.bat to delete it every time I start the server.
Fix for the hole into pillbox hospital:
RequestIpl("rc12b_default")
RequestIpl("rc12b_hospitalinterior")
RequestIpl("rc12b_hospitalinterior_lod")

But I would recommend only using RequestIpl("rc12b_default") unless you want the destroyed version.

RequestIpl(“rc12b_default”) is loading the clean hospital but you can walk on it.
RequestIpl(“rc12b_hospitalinterior”) and RequestIpl(“rc12b_hospitalinterior_lod”) are loading the destroy hospital but you can go inside without dying
