It dont let me bann people, say invalid name
cant ban people with same name
When using /sqlbanoffline days name nothing happens. Entering /reason after just returns invalid player ID

is it banning ip address of client?
IP, license and Steam iirc. But I think getting of those specific identifiers is inaccurate here.

How to use only rockstar license. My server is not using steam auth
He are not build to work without steam auth.
