Check your console (F8) and see if it is downloading any of the files from the stream folder. If so try a client restart as sometimes it does not load them properly

For those that are saying its not working… if you haven’t realized let me try and put it in more simple terms… i didn’t understand myself until someone explained it to me… you must until further notice. pay for the element club argentum it is $15 a month once you do this and your fivem profile says you are part of the club. your server license will become capable of using it. their for with out the club subscription you will not be able to use this method. you will only get a guy dressed very awful
wait, before i buy element club, i need to know if it works and doesn’t show up like some weird mess of clothes, also if it does work, does it work for people that don’t have element club? i.e i own a server with element club blah blah blah, but if some random connects to the server that doesn’t have element club, would it work for that random?

Yes as long as the server owner has ECA then it will work for all members on the server including new people that join.

I had a question… I am like ocd when it comes to how my resources are… i wanted to know can i just have my folder like this eup-stream/stream/mp_f_freemode_01/accs_002_u.ydd instead of the file being named mp_f_freemode_01^accs_002_u.ydd and just putting the file in the mp_f_freemode_01 folder.
Update: This did not work… How ever you can put them in folders in the stream folder… So what i have done is put the main Law and Order download and put it in a law&order folder… then i notice that it didnt have the serve and rescue download with it… so i took the liberty to download it and add the folder name to each file and then put it in a folder it does work. so here is the folders. all you have to do is go to your eup-stream/stream and add in the two folders in the zip. and removing the original in the download. unless you don’t care for it to be organized then just download the serve and rescue zip and copy over the files from the zip… I have provided both opitions

Its because you need ECA to see the uniforms
Did you edit the EUP menu (eup-ui) so that all of the Serve & Rescue clothing was in it or did you just use lambda (or a different trainer) to get the correct clothing pieces on?
if you did edit the EUP menu could you also give a download for that?
