Even with the radio equipped and police as job.

Would it be possible that only the people who have a radio in their inventory can hear the radiovoice?
On my (ESX) Server everyone can hear the police radio (sometimes), even if they are no policemen.

So concept of this resource is, when police press Y and speak, other colleague can hear by default? am i correct? i use esx btw

Nobody else has a problem with the sound?
When I activate the radio, it squelsh like four/five times. Not the beep sound, the other sound. It sounds four or five times., then you can talk and when you let go it beeps once.
How do i reduce the amount of sound it sends out?
