EssentialMode Base by @Kanersps: [Release] EssentialMode base

esx_property: https://github.com/FXServer-ESX/fxserver-esx_property

[Optional]:

[Features]:

-Allows users to sell/rent and/or manage properties acting as a realtor
-Multiple properties available
-Includes an automatic system or configurable with player management where players can earn money!
-Works in conjunction with all other ESX plugins
-English and French options available

[Installation]:

  1. Change directory to resources/[esx]/
  2. Clone the Git repository (https://github.com/FXServer-ESX/fxserver-esx_realestateagentjob)
  3. Import esx_realestateagentjob.sql into your MySQL database
  4. Add this to your server.cfg “start esx_realestateagentjob”
    Optional Steps:
  5. Set Config.EnablePlayerManagement to true in esx_property/config.lua for player management

how do i sell houses?

Bump I enter the realestate agent building no markers and nothing to do I have esx_property set to player manage true.

Hello gentleman,

could somebody help me with following problem on my server?
We added esx_realeastate and we got it managed by players.
Always though - when they open the “client” menu it times out a lot of our players, somteimes every connected player loses connection
So it takes a few seconds to load the client menu in, and then -> several people are dropped of the server. Timeout

Maybe i need to add, we have around 100 ppl actually owning properties and around 10.000 users in userdatabase.

Awsome script! One problem, i cant seem to get the “client” list to work properly, some people have now bought an apartment and i cant see them in the client list.

How do you get it to work. When I go to the job center it do not show the job in the list. I am using vBase for whitelist

Hey,

Menu actions don’t do anything, i can’t sell, rent or revoke contracts to players.
Any ideas?

This is still the same esx_realstateagentjob That has been around for a long time right? I don’t see any differences currently.

Hi,

Some problems here:

When people go in the house they get TELEPORTED in the front of the hospital
Sometimes they get INVISIBLE.

it’s just the script named INSTANCE… it’s a SHIT
