garage is malfunction

hello guys I have a problem when I park a vehicle it is on the impound but at the impound nothing is displayed why `??

I have a problem when I bought a car at the auto store — my problem is that I can not lock it so no one else tells me that he did not find the keys but he lets me keep it in the garage and take it out ??? he will not let me lock him friend you know what this is?

1 Purchased a vehicle
2 Went to Garage
3 Stored Vehicle
4 Left Garage
5 Went back in Garage
6 Vehicle not there and is now gone.

Any ideas?

EDIT Checked my database and noticed that the Vehicle was put into ‘Vinewood Estates Garage’ even though I stored it in the Garage downtown. Went to Vinewood and my vehicle is there? Is this normal?

I switched from ESX to VRP and it seems to be way better.

I have been considering that. Fairly annoying I got the whole server set up and then this is an issue. Dont want to start over again but oh well.

how to return my vehicle? no button, no clue, no anything to get my car

I keep getting an error (see attached) and it clearly calls out the problem in esx_garage but is only happening when I use it in conjunction with trying to buy a police vehicle. The first car works ok, if I try to do the 2nd on the list it gives the error in the screenshot and all options go away leaving me stuck in the garage to do /dv and teleport out. Other times randomly it will let me scroll the cars and try to buy them but tells me I don’t have enough money. My server is from Zap - I’ve updated every dependency, verified the sql, and reinstalled my server. I have a 2nd server (test server) and it is working just fine there (yes I did just transfer files; as they all worked on the test should work on the public). ESX Discord does not have a channel for the esx_garage. I did post in their police channel no response. I sure would like some help. Thanks.

I did everything right but whenever i drive a car in and i store it, it pops up in the database but if i wanna get out of the garage and back in, the cars are gone?

can you make it to only be allowed to store cars you own? and not cars found in the streets?

So i figured out a few of the bugs. fixed the location issue, where it keeps putting cars in the wrong location. it’s still a little messy… (not the best at coding).

I am now working on getting the esx vehicles integrated so it doesn’t allow vehicles not owned.

As a temp workaround, i added the eden garage spawn points into the garage, so they can takeout/remove cars that way.

Is there active development on this mod? if not who can we get permission from to release a modded version with fixes…

Look at the forks on github of this and you will find the parking issue has already been fixed by someone it does work as intended. I use this garage and it works just fine if you get the one with the parking fix from the fork section. As for the Only owned cars that is something not in any of the forked releases so you would still have to code that in.
