I have the same issue on my Laptop but I found a workaround.
-Connect a gamepad
-Hold any key on your keyboard
-press A (i think) on gamepad for menu f2 or X (also I think, try others) for f3 menu
-later you have to pres the same key on keyboard to ā€œunpressā€ it

So I have a server that I just made, How do I put this in the server?

Put resources you want to add in the resource folder and then what ever the name of the resource you added is type "start " in server.cfg

I am having a issue with the dmv when I go there to take the test I take the written test but it will never let me take the driving test. It just wants me to keep taking the written one.

I have a problem with the ā€œ/setjobā€ script 'cuz I updated it and now I canā€™t use /setjob because it said ā€œError: Invalid Usageā€ and my /revive is not working too. Can someone help me?

Drug activity required cops online: I am trying to change the # of required cops online for the drug and robberies - in the config file of ESX_drugs it gives you this following line that I am editing, and every time I edit it and save it - itā€™s always reverting back to the original ā€œ2ā€. I am trying to disable this portion for testing purposes so that these actions (drugs and robberies) can happen with 0 cops online. Can anyone tell me what Iā€™m doing wrong? for the robberies - I am change the esx_holdup config.
