Guys I’m having a problem accesing the Couch db site, the one with http://127.0.0.1:5984/, I’m getting this:
This site can’t be reached
127.0.0.1 refused to connect.
Are you trying to connect on the same PC running the website?
Yes, trying to add essentials on my server.
Well 127.0.0.1 means local, so if you’re trying to access it anywhere but on the server itself it isn’t going to work.
Not really sure what you mean 
He mean if your server running on other system you cant open it wit 127.0.0.1 . you need to use the router Ip or if your server not at your home need the public ip.
if all in youre own pc or you work with remote then db doesnt started. Try this way (click).
The situation is like this,I’m running a server on my laptop which is connected to a router via Wifi and i’m trying to reach the couchdb from that laptop. I have tryied using the real ip provided by the internet provided. What I haven’t tried is to change the bind ip from the couch install folder, form the etc. folder.

For those on Win 10 with the “Creators Update” (Build 1703) the CouchDB service does not work correctly because of the included nssm.exe. You can download a fixed version at https://nssm.cc/download or use the one attached. Just stop the Apache CouchDB service in Windows, replace the nssm.exe in “Your-CouchDB-Install-Directory\bin”, and start the service again. If the service starts successfully then you should be able to access “http://localhost:5984/_utils” and get things going.nssm-2.24-101-g897c7ad.zip (405.7 KB)

Or, you could just run as administrator, that worked for me…
I’m not at a computer so, I can’t verify the file that you want people to download so, I’ll say this: Be aware that may or may not work as intended, make sure you run it through a virus scan etc.

I am using Win 10 and indeed, I couldn’t access the localhost:5984 address to access the CouchDb login. I will give this a try and come back.
Thanks for the answer, my problem is solved. The table “personnalvehicle” requests a default “0” this one was on “No default”
