No. It isnt.
it wouldn’t make no sense to be EUP, usually I can separate the EUP Uniform verse a Ped. But no it is not EUP, If you are looking for something like that I recommend going on to LSPDFR because they got a lot of EUP Uniforms… More like parts. I also know a friend Aidan, called NJD on the forums he released a EUP Uniform pack on fivem forums with like 40k+ views, but it doesn’t yet include other new, updated parts on it like the taser, radio, camera, Pouches, exc.
