We cannot tell what that error is by the output in the chat, please upload your CitizenFX.log from that session. Note: Upload, not copy paste the content of the file.
May be useful to also be on the latest version if you’re not already.

Did you follow the docs. Make sure they are in the server.cfg not server.lua.

Is there any way I can change the AOP Changing message?
I would rather it say 'Area of Play has changed to: ‘area’.
