what issues are you having the lights?
you can get els from this site, its where i got it from, although i do not like els in five m. lights flash slow and you can see each others reflections and such. http://www.moddb.com/downloads/els4fivem

you should make a lapd and la sheriff department pcak using the cars from captain13 els pack or just using any car pack
the rcmp vehicle pack is rubbish and full of stolen parts don’t do it

Try downloading the original file from LCPDFR (link provided in original post). Templates may be included, I’m not sure.
is this any faster? my community is looking for fast lights

LOVE THIS! But I have a problem, for some reason the headlights don’t reflect on the ground. I haven’t touched anything. They turn on and show but they don’t reflect on the ground or show actual light
