Realistic camera movement for driving walking? What file to alter?

Hey guys, I was watching some of those “Ultra realistic gta graphics!” videos and was wondering if you could potentially alter a file in Open IV to achieve the same type of camera movements that are afforded to you in the rockstar editor. For instance - If I could use the Handheld camera option but in real time.

I believe it adds a huge element of realism. Is there a way to up the amount of bounce / shake a camera gives off while driving or walking?

Those videos. They use Rockstar Editor for that effect. If you didn’t know, you can use R* Editior with FiveM aswell.
