Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Also add what you already tried so far.
I have checked the integrity of gta through steam. I have uninstalled both gta V and fiveM reinstalled, I have made sure my monitor refresh rates are all the same, tried window mode, full screen, and searched through many of these posts for a fix.
