Instead of taking a screenshot, Click ‘Show Details’ and provide the error report ID so the developers can look into it.
Not in the proper section. No support format filled out. Search the forums with that error. It has been solved about a million times.

Please try and disable any software that provides an overlay on your screen. This can include (but is not limited to) NVidia shadowplay, fraps, TeamSpeak’s overwolf or MSI afterburner.
where to turn of Nvidia shadowplay? I dont have fraps,or team speak

It should automatically close by itself in a couple of days.
turn off your shadowplay and delete the settings.xml in documents -> rockstar -> gta5
