Hello, the system doesnât let the player enter the server. It just states: âstaff: checking player infoâ and it takes for ever to check. Is there a way to speed this process up?
It is almost instant unless something is blocking the connection. Most likely an incorrect URL in the server.lua file or the host is blocking it.

Iâve just installed this onto my web server however few issues -
- When I try to kick an online player I get - âYou do not have permission to kick,ban,warnâ
- I canât see the settings tab on the left hand side
- Is it possible to have a login page instead of everyone being able to login via Steam API?

CRON job isnât setup most likely and or wrong URL in server.lua
1 and 2. You donât have the correct permission and or rank (Check the default director/owner one)
3. We use Steam Auth PHP on github, if you want to convert it go ahead.
