Problem server fivem befor commande "apt upgrade"

I have a big problem with my server before a commande: “apt upgrade”
My server:

All people can’t arrived to connect on this server, I ear the ambiance sound, the line water and food.
BUT : The loading screen is all time here and I can’t see my game.
