Postal Codes in Citizens

I DON’T KNOW IF THIS IS THE CORRECT TOPIC
So I have Postal codes for my server to use but I do have a question. How could I stream them to a server side for everyone to use? They go inside the Citizens folder of Client Side but is there a way for them to be on server side so people do not have to individually install them?

You can stream everything except the mapzoomdata.meta. That will still have to be placed client side.
