Possible to install .dll's

Ok I have been trying to install .dll files (like stance mod) and i had no such luck. I have tried every way to get it to work and no luck.
.dll’s are in Grand Theft Auto V / plugins / scripts
ScriptHookVDotNet Grand Theft Auto V / plugins

Help would be very appreciated
