Some of the policecars and the admin car i have they spawn on the street so other people can pick them up is possible to not make them spawn there
I was having the same issue did some research found instructions that I fallowed that helped me make these 2 files. So download these to uploaded files make a folder put it into the folder. Name it what ever you want. I named it “NoPolice” then upload it to your resource file in your server then activate the file in your server config. This will stop all the police vehicles from spawning and responding. It will also stop Fire and Paramedic response as well that might be your down side if you don’t want that to happen. But for me it works for now.
