Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes.

Also add what you already tried so far. I have deleted caches. I have reinstalled FiveM … I have uninstalled GTA V and FiveM, then reinstalled GTA V and FiveM. I have disabled antivirus. I have disabled shadow play. Please Please Help. Never encountered a problem with FiveM… Have been using this mod since november without any issues. And the last update screwed me. This is a living for me. I stream on twitch and have been with one of the top communities for GTA V RP, FamilyRP and Nopixel. I would like to thank you ahead of time.

I can only agree with xproph3cyx - the recent FiveM update is terrible… I got 4 computers with FiveM installed on them and everything was worked perfectly till this update (correct work of Shadow Play, etc) - but now got a lot of craches each time, no ShadowPlay support anymore, etc etc… :(( Is there is a way to roll back to previous version then?

Have you tried uninstalling MSI Afterburner/RTSS or updating to Windows 10 1703 or higher? This specific crash seems to only occur on outdated Windows while running both Steam and RTSS.
