Ok so when i am in FiveM i cannot go fullscreen no matter what i try i Alt enter I go in settings and nothing works And The taskbar is always on the bottom please help PLEASE
use the in game settings to make it fullscreen

This is a known issue and is being worked on. 
i cant get my fivem program to load what so ever can someone please help me it was loading and then i followed what a video said to fix the crash and then it just stopped loading what so ever and so i deleted the program and i have a new one but now when i click run it does nothing
For anyone currently experiencing this issue a temporary solution is to manually adjust your settings:
Step 1) Navigate to your documents folder here:
\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\
Step 2) Open Settings.xml with notepad or some text editor.
Step 3) Edit Settings Manually by navigating to the
<ScreenWidth value="1920"/>
<ScreenHeight value="1080"/>
<RefreshRate value="60"/>
<Windowed value="0"/>
Make these match your desired settings. If you have a 1920x1080p monitor, keep those settings there. If you want Fullscreen, ensure that Windowed value is 0 like in the example.

just go to gta 5 not fivem and change the resolution and go back to fivem
