Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
I dont have extern anti-virus, only windows security

Also add what you already tried so far.
I wake up and Fivem doest run, always after 5sec crashed, i tried reinstall it and still doesnt works.

im having the same exact problem and everyone is saying to delete cache but tried that numerous times and i have all the same things as you its just mine is on steam not SC

same but when you delete cache you still need to instal it again. so its stupid to do

I have had a similar probelm and i Fixed it by Deleting CitizenFx folder in Saved Games,
go to “C:\Users\USERNAME\Saved Games” in here delete the CitizenFX folder and then just Start FiveM.
This is what fixed my problem.
