Players start to have graphic glitch - bright lights

I am sorry for very vague description, but I have no idea how to approach this.

I didn’t do any change that could do something with graphics, but today, my players started to report weird bright lighting when out of interiors. Like when you go through tunnel in daylight (lighting changes)

Any idea what might cause this?

remove any mod you have in you r game including graphical one
