Player desync/see some player as michael (Free 32 slot OneSync)

System specifications:
CPU: Xeon E5-2665
RAM: DDR3 1333MHz 32GB(8*4)
GPU: GTX 960 2GB

Server

Operating system: Windows Server 2016
Artifact version: 1421
IP address: don’t wan’t to tell public
Resources: mapmanager, chat, spawnmanager, sessionmanager, hardcap, fivem, fivem-map-skater
System specifications:
CPU: E5-2660v2 * 2
RAM: DDR3 ECC 1600MHz 192GB

I can confirm this too, tested too on free 32 slots with OneSync and 64 slots, happen a lot.
At this moment, i don’t know what exactly cause it.

Me too, on my local test server with my two computers on the same local network.
It happen only when I’m far away and I teleport by setting the entity position.
The teleported player can see the other (the Michael) he moves but he moves very unsynced (he doesn’t walk, teleported very second to the new position)
Other peds and vehicles around have the same issue, solved when I go far away with the teleported player
The Michael can’t see the teleported (he stay far away)
The server still consider two player are far away (entity position)
