Player appearing death but he was not

I’m having a pvp problem everytime i activate Onesync, the issue is, when you shoot someone, on your screen he appear to be dead, but he was not, he still alive and can shoot you, but for you, he is dead and invisible and you cant see him, anyone knows what is this and what i have to do to fix this? Thanks.

I´m with the same problem, if you guys have any sugestion, pls help… I dont know what to do to fix it… I´ve been talking with others servers owners and they sad they´re with the same problem when using OneSync
