Pillbox IPLs

I am using an esx server and I am trying to put access to the “pillbox medical center” in the initial version it only has the first part of the reception, and does not have the floor, I tested all these IPLs, but they add the second part and the floor but with the hospital destroyed. Can anybody help me?

I don’t think there is anyway to access a non-destroyed Pillbox interior.

Thanks for replying, could you tell me where I can download or buy this map? because I already used google to search, I already looked in forum and other places and I do not find anything about this local Pillbox Medical Center.
