Honestly, it would depend on the size of the VPS/server you have. If you have something that can’t handle as many resources, then yes, that could be the issue. 155 resources is way too many… Seeing how the majority of you’re resources are all ESX based as well, this too, could be the issue.
My suggestion: Try going through your resources and getting rid of some that aren’t needed. See if that helps any, if it does, then you know that was your issue.
You have quite a few usless resources. Pvp, why? Enable it in essential mode. Police weapons deleter, why? Theres a native to disable vehicle rewards. Trigger it upon a player entering a certian class of vehicle. An even better way would be to remove the rewards from the .meta your using. You have started mecano job twice. Policejob and that awful police garage, why? Real estate job is useless if you just trigger 50% return of purchase price when player moves out. And a lot of those small scripts could be put into one resource called “rp shit”.
Not necessarily… They can always upgrade their servers if they need to… Most people choose to go with the base configurations without thinking about how many resources they are actually going to use.
There is a few possible answers to this question: 1) being it could be the amount of resources you have, depending on how big the files are/ how detailed the textures are. 2) Depending on the internet connection of others the possibility of people being ‘pingkicked’ because there internet is overworking trying to work with the game + all your assets. 3), people may have outdated game version and 4), ZAP was having database problems yesterday which I received an email about, but im sure their fixing it.
I wouldn’t worry, your not the only server that it has been happening to, it happened to mine too.
In that case I have no idea as to why it would be, unless it is to do with the person who’s joining internet or as previously mentioned it could just be the databases at ZAP. Im pretty sure its just a one time thing and it hopefully will be resolved soon,
Most ppl get a resource and throw it in the server. Not thinking “how does this generate rp”? Anyone familiar with nopixel knows what i mean. They have changed a lot because they realized some things are usless and dont generate rp. If you have to think too long about the resource in question generating rp, you probably dont need it. In thr SOE days, that server had very little content. But had some of the best rp I’ve ever seen.
again: The most stable way to host a FiveM server is booking a Linux FiveM Server on a premium host. We are facing very good experiences even with many resources. Works much better than a Windows Server
