Officer down script!

Looking for an officer down script, either chat or preferably assigned a hotkey!

Ex. Command: /13 or press F6
Message over chat: [USER] HAS CALLED A 10-13 AT [INSERT LOCATION] ALL UNITS BREAK AND ROLL CODE 3

This script is primarily to enhance officer down Panic Buttons instead of having to verbally call.
