Not All Files Are Being Installed

When I install FiveReborn.exe to a new folder; it only extracts CitizensFX and the FiveReborn.exe; about a 0.58MB installation. It might have something to do with the first time I installed the FiveReborn file to my computer a month prior. I accidentally installed it directly in my downloads folder; but I am pretty sure I deleted all the files in the downloads before retrying the installation. Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks.
