Make sure you and the server have a strong connection, but there is also a support template that i would recommend following.

Is this happening on multiple servers?
Have you installed any modifications recently?
Have you tried what Baruonyx said…?
Come on, laziness will get you the most basic help going…
If you couldnt be bothered then we cant be bothered to offer support.
We know nothing about the servers you are connecting to, nothing about your system or its settings.
We cant guess what is causing it by looking at a very vague message that says you timed out.
i only posted this to see what it is, as i highly doubt that i am the only one in history to have experienced this issue. and last time i fully filled out the support template i didnt receive any help so i didnt see a point.
Well then there is no point in offering help.
We are not mind readers and dont have access to any of your logs or dump files.
Everyone’s issue that is similar to this has different reasons for it to happen.
