I have problem that some other non english letters works in gta v gui but other doesnt work and it shows a square in it. is it possible to fix it? 
The only way to fix this, is to use the external notification resource which wrote by ( js and HTML&CSS and lua(or c# ) ) and import your own ttf font ,
And i never see someone can import their own font to the game-notification
