Need help getting VisualV/RadianceV to work/or another visualsettings.dat for emergency vehicles

So I am having trouble it seems to get VisualV/Radiance V to work. As evidenced by this screenshot - https://imgur.com/a/V1gu1BS - the settings either aren’t working at all or they’re only being applied to the default vehicles. How would I go about getting the addon/replaced vehicles to be like the default lighting.

Yes, I do have Post FX and Shader quality to ultra(game is on max settings, and I have plenty of hardware power to do so).

I’m using the latest version of VisualV/RadianceV, as well as ELS for lighting setups for those vehicles that support it(though the non ELS vehicels also exhibit the same behavior of dull lights.

I wonder if I just didn’t install them right.

alright this is what i use personaly on my server and it works great http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/13614-better-visuals/ once ur done downloading it, Install into FiveM Application Data > citizen > common > data
