Step 1) Press your Windows Key…
Step 2) Type:
%localappdata%
and press enter.
Step 3) Navigate to your FiveM folder
Step 4) Click on the FiveM Application Data (It’s a folder with a custom icon, it looks like a snail)
Step 5) Inside this folder you will see Caches.XML. Delete this file.
Step 6) If that does not work, return to %localappdata% and delete the entirety of the FiveM folder. Retry installation again with a fresh download from the main site.
I realize you are young, but please try to be more respectful and less demanding in the future. Also, when someone tells you to fill out a form for support you should fill it out. The form exists for a reason. Answering yes to all questions without regard for even reading them is incredibly disrespectful to us as we are only trying to help.
Filling out a form does not take years, at most, it would take you 20-30 minutes. If you don’t have the patience to troubleshoot that’s your own fault.
