My connection is taken by the server?!

So it’s simple when I connect to this server I have a problem as the screen proves it I suddenly have the server that takes my connection and especially the one that uploads what makes when it has too many people my connection does not support it and disconnects me from the server I tried to reinstall fiveM the same thing I have no mode anything more than that is on fivem or gtaV base…
