Describe a detailed explanation of the bug you were experiencing
Essentially, everytime I join a server / start FiveM or turn off and on the voice chat, the sound for FiveM stays the same, but any other application such as Chrome, TS etc. get’s it’s sound set much lower, and can’t be changed without restarting said application.

Add a date and time to when it happend (only neccesary when it’s not happening constantly).
Happens every time it needs to be restarted etc.
