Mumble voice: 'is anyone talking' function doesn't take 3D audio calculations into account

[3:01 PM] Gee: you know like, when you talk the ingame SFX lowers.. with mumble it lowers like all the time, which is cancer
also the voice radius is way to much?
[3:01 PM] gallium: a) no it doesn't, wtf? only should when talking UNLESS it's before proximity calc, also workaround is to change the profile setting to not do that
b) then lower stuff in proximity calls
[3:02 PM] gallium: wait a second yeah it might be it considers a talker as cutoff even if not near
