Incident

Summary:
Entities flagged as ‘mission-entity’ dissapear when no player is near.

Expected behavior:
Not delete flagged ‘mission’ entities just like without 1s.

Actual behavior:
Delete all vehicles including those flagged as ‘mission-entity’

Steps to reproduce:
Non tested
Being two on a server and far from each other.
Being in/near a vehicle and disconnect, the vehicle will not be reassigned and will be deleted.
