Make sure your ports are open and there’s an exception in your firewall for the server to access the internet.

For ports: Google “Open ports in <router>”
For firewall: Google “How to add exception in <OperatingSystem>'s firewall”

After opening the box and firewall ports, I have a new error when I want to connect to the server.
