Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes I was getting another error before this one, I went to my anti-virus turned it off. After doing so it was able to finish Setup and got to about half way of the install and this LZMA Decoding error 9 popped up.
Also add what you already tried so far.
I disabled Anti-virus, Its a brand new PC and FiveM was the 3rd thing I started to install. GTAV was on another HDD I use for games so I also started the game just to see if that would work.
Any help I would thank you for, after searching the fourms about a hour or so I could only find 1 other person with the same issue, his wasnt answer so now I am stuck. Thank you again.
